The Columbus Redevelopment Corporation (CRC) focuses on creating homeownership and rental housing opportunities that stabilize neighborhoods while giving quality affordable housing options to individuals and families. CRC primarily works in the 1970’s boundaries of the City of Columbus. We believe this geography has the greatest need for affordable housing. However, with so many organizations working in this space, we focus on the gaps in the current paradigm, non-competitive lot selection, and funding.
